Right of withdrawal & refunds
What applies if you want to withdraw from a FoundName Pro purchase or get your money back.
1. Who sells FoundName Pro
FoundName Pro is sold by Paddle.com Market Limited, 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom, as merchant of record. Your purchase contract is concluded with Paddle, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to it, including Paddle’s refund policy. The service itself is provided by Silvio Lindstedt und Maik Gräfendorf, GbR (see the legal notice and the Terms of Service).
2. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or the United Kingdom, you have the right under Paddle’s Buyer Terms to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of completing the purchase without giving any reason. To exercise it, inform Paddle of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to help@paddle.com, via paddle.net or by post to the address above. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. If you withdraw, you receive a full refund of the price paid.
3. Early expiry for immediate delivery
FoundName Pro is a digital service that is made available immediately after payment (the license key appears on screen and is sent by e-mail). Under Paddle’s Buyer Terms, the right of withdrawal can expire early if you expressly agreed during checkout that the product is made available before the withdrawal period ends and you then start using it. Paddle’s checkout asks for this consent.
4. Our refund promise
Regardless of whether the right of withdrawal has expired, we refund your purchase on request within 14 days of purchase. Write to us at kontakt@silvio-und-maik.de (please include the e-mail address used for the purchase or the order number) or request the refund directly at paddle.net. The refund is paid out by Paddle via the original payment method. With a full refund, the license key of this purchase is deactivated and Pro ends.
